How can I manage my account transfer limits?

You can check your limits anytime in the Chime app to see what’s available to you.

To learn how to view your limits, visit Check your account limits in the Chime app.
  1. Go to Profile.
  2. Tap Account info.
  3. Tap View limits.
What can I do if I reach my transfer limit?

If you reach a transfer limit, you still have a few options to move your money:

  1. Use ACH transfers

ACH transfers let you move larger amounts of money between accounts. Need help setting up recurring transfers? You can refer to How do I set up recurring ACH transfer? for more details.

  1. Combine transfer methods

If you’re moving a larger amount of money, you can combine ACH transfers along with Mail a Check. See Can I send a check using my Chime Checking Account? for the step-by-step guide.

  1. Use an external bank

You can also initiate a transfer to your Chime account from an external bank. Chime does not limit transfers started from another bank’s app. To know how, visit How can I transfer money from my Chime Checking Account to another bank?
