Do I have to agree to Bancorp’s electronic communication agreement to get a loan?

Yes. Since The Bancorp Bank, N.A. is the issuing bank for Instant Loans, you’ll need to agree to their electronic communication agreement as part of the loan process. This lets you electronically sign and accept the loan terms and agree to receive all communication electronically.

🟢 Important: This does not change anything about your Checking Account with Stride Bank, N.A., it only applies to your loan agreement. If you don’t agree to the Bancorp electronic communication agreement , you won’t be able to take out an Instant Loan.
