Whether you just opened a Chime Checking Account or requested a replacement card, you should receive it within 7 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You can check your card’s expected arrival date in the Chime app:
- Tap Profile.
- Tap Cards.
- Select Debit or Credit Builder.
If your card doesn’t arrive after 10 business days, it may have become lost in the mail and we will need to send you a replacement. Follow the instructions in How do I get a replacement Chime card? to send a request. Make sure that your address is accurate.
After submitting your request, we’ll verify your address and send you a replacement card. We ship our cards in a green envelope; be sure to look in and around your mailbox to ensure it hasn’t been delivered yet.
