Whether you just opened a Chime Checking Account or requested a replacement card, you should receive it in 7 to 10 business days (i.e., excluding weekends and holidays).
If your card doesn’t arrive after 10 business days, get help by tapping the question mark icon on your Chime app’s home screen to visit the Help Center. From there, tap Chat and ask ChimeBot for help.
We’ll verify your address and send you a replacement card.
