If I changed my personal information, do I need a new card?

You don't need a new card if your address, phone number, or email address has changed. The name on your card should always match your legal name. If you recently changed your legal name, contact us by phone at (844) 244-6363. We'll update your name in our system and send you a new card. 

Be prepared to submit documentation of your legal name change, such as a marriage certificate, divorce decree, or name change order.
