What should I do if my card is about to expire?

You'll get a new card in the mail about three weeks before your current one expires. Watch for an email asking you to confirm your address to make sure your new card goes to the right place.

To view or update your address in your Chime app:

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Tap Personal info.
  3. Find your address under Home. If you need to update it, tap the icon on the right.

As soon as we ship your new card, you'll get it in 7 to 10 business days (i.e., excluding weekends and holidays).
