How long do refunds take to show up in my account?

Refunds usually take 5 to 7 business days (not including weekends and holidays) to appear in your Chime Checking Account after the merchant processes it. As soon as the refund is issued and your money is on its way, you can track its progress in your Chime app. 

It's best to contact the merchant if seven business days have passed and you still haven't received your refund. Online merchants may provide tracking information on their websites. Trying searching the web for their name plus "refunds" or "returns."
