Do I need a new card if I update my personal information?

You don’t need a new card if you’ve changed your address, phone number, or email. The name on your card, however, must always match your legal name.


If you’ve recently changed your legal name, call us at (844) 244-6363. We’ll update your name in our system and send you a new card.


Be prepared to provide documentation of your legal name change, such as a government issued ID showing your new legal name.
