How do I upload, replace, or delete my profile photo?

In the Chime app:

  1. Go to Profile.
  2. Do one of the following:
    • Tap the circle with your initial or photo.
    • Select Personal info, then tap the camera icon on your avatar.

You’ll be able to upload, replace, or delete your photo.

Why did I receive an email that my photo could not be uploaded?

If you received an email indicating that your photo could not be uploaded, it likely didn't comply with our Chime User Agreement content standards. Please try uploading a different photo.
