How do I set or change my PIN?

To set or change your PIN:

  1. Go to Profile.

  2. Tap Cards.

  3. Select which card you want to update. 

    • If you see the Manage physical card option, tap it to view your physical card settings. 

  4. Tap Reset PIN. 

  5. Follow the prompts to set and confirm your new PIN.

Note: Your new PIN applies to both your physical and virtual cards.

If you enter the wrong PIN three times in a row at a store or ATM, your card will be temporarily blocked to help protect your account. The good news is that you can set or reset your PIN using the instructions above to get your card working again.

You can also call (844) 244-6363 and follow the prompts to set or reset your PIN. You'll need your card information, so have it nearby.
