How do I set or change my PIN?

To set or change your PIN:

  1. Go to Profile.

  2. Tap Cards.

  3. Select which card you want to update.

  4. Tap Manage physical card then Change PIN.

  5. Follow the prompts to set and confirm your new PIN.

You can also call (844) 244-6363 and follow the prompts to set or reset your PIN. You'll need your card information, so have it nearby.

You don’t need to set a PIN for the virtual card, since it can’t be used at ATMs at this time.
