Why don’t I see Apple Pay as a payment option?

If Apple Pay® isn’t appearing as a payment option in your Chime app, it may be due to one of the following reasons:

  • Your iOS device isn’t supported.
  • You haven’t added an external debit card to your Apple Wallet®.
  • Your Chime app isn’t updated to the latest version.

Try updating your app or checking your Apple Wallet settings. If the issue persists, consider using another payment method, like linking an external account for an ACH transfer.

Additionally, Apple Pay is not available for all Chime members yet, even on eligible iOS devices.
