If you're expecting a call from Chime Member Services and haven't received it, check if your phone is in a mode that blocks incoming calls, such as Do Not Disturb, Airplane Mode, or Silence Unknown Callers.
We will only call the phone number that is on file with your account. If you’re unsure, open the Chime app and go to Settings > Personal info to ensure your phone number is correct.
