How do I set or change my PIN?

You can set or change your PIN in your Chime app or by phone.

Chime app:

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Tap Cards.
  3. Select which card you want to update.
  4. Tap Manage physical card then Change PIN.
  5. Follow the prompts to set and confirm your new PIN.

By phone:

Call (844) 244-6363 and follow the prompts to set or reset your PIN. You'll need your card information, so make sure it's nearby.

You don’t need to set a PIN for the virtual card because you can’t use it to access ATMs at this time.
