How do I find my Chime account number and routing number?

You can find your Chime account number and routing number in the Chime app or on our Chime.com website.

In the Chime app, you can access your account and routing numbers by following the steps below:

  1. Log into the Chime app on your iPhone or Android.
  2. Tap the gear icon to open Settings.
  3. Tap Account Info to view your account number and routing number.

You can also access your account and routing numbers when taking these actions:

    • Moving a direct deposit:
        1. Go to Move Money.
        2. Tap Set up direct deposit.
    • Viewing account statements:
        1. Tap the gear icon to open Settings.
        2. Tap Documents and Policies.
        3. Tap Account Statements.
        4. View a statement by selecting an account and month. To export the statement as a file, tap the export icon.

Note: Not all account statements contain routing numbers. Chime can't change your routing or account number.
