When traveling internationally, you can use your card in most countries where Visa is accepted as long as you enable international transactions. Chime doesn’t charge foreign transaction fees. To turn on international transactions in your app:

- Go to Profile.
- Tap Account Settings.
- Access the card you want to use for International transactions.
- Debit card: Checking.
- Credit Builder card: Credit Builder.
- Toggle the International transactions slider to the desired position.
- Green means on.
- Gray means off.

Your transactions will not work in the following countries, even if your international transactions are enabled:
- Afghanistan (AF)
- Belarus (BY)
- Central African Republic (CF)
- Congo, (Kinshasa) (CD)
- Cuba (CU)
- Eritrea (ER)
- Ethiopia (ET)
- Iran, Islamic Republic of (IR)
- Iraq (IQ)
- Korea, North (KP)
- Lebanon (LB)
- Libya (LY)
- Mali (ML)
- Myanmar (Burma) (MM)
- Nicaragua (NI)
- Russian Federation (RU)
- Somalia (SO)
- South Sudan (SS)
- Sudan (SD)
- Syrian Arab Republic (Syria) (SY)
- Venezuela (Bolivarian Republic) (VE)
- Yemen (YE)
For security reasons, you will also be unable to access your account on the app or the website if your location or IP address is from any of the following countries:
