Mobile Check Deposit appears in your Chime app settings after you receive a single direct deposit of at least $1 from one of the following sources:

- Employer or payroll provider or government benefit (excluding tax refunds) paid as an automated clearing house (ACH) transfer.
- Gig economy payer paid as either an ACH transfer or Original Credit Transaction (OCT).

If you’ve received a qualifying direct deposit but still can’t access the feature, read I should have access to Mobile Check Deposit but I don’t. Why not?
