How do I get access to Mobile Check Deposit?

Mobile Check Deposit appears in your Chime app settings after you activate your Chime Visa® Debit Card. If you haven’t done this yet, learn how to activate your card.

For treasury checks, you need to receive a single direct deposit of at least $1 from one of the following sources:

      • Employer or payroll provider or government benefit (excluding tax refunds) paid as an automated clearing house (ACH) transfer.
      • Gig economy payer paid as either an ACH transfer or Original Credit Transaction (OCT).

If you’ve received a qualifying direct deposit but still can’t access the feature, read I should have access to Mobile Check Deposit but I don’t. Why not?
