Documents you may need
For security purposes, we may ask you to provide clear images of the following documents:
A valid photo ID for the person making the request
The member’s death certificate or Consular Report of Death Abroad
Additional documentation may be requested depending on the situation.
What happens next
Once we receive and review the required documentation, we’ll help to close the member’s account and follow any additional steps needed to complete the process.
