If you made a direct deposit but don’t see Chime Plus, here are some possible reasons:
1. Did you meet the Chime Plus qualifying direct deposit requirement?
- You qualify for Chime Plus if you receive either of the following within the last 34-calendar-day period:
- A single qualifying direct deposit of $200 or more, or
- Cumulative qualifying direct deposits totaling $400 to $2,999.99
- Was your deposit split into smaller amounts?
- A single $200 qualifying direct deposit must post as one deposit to meet the single-deposit requirement. If your pay was split into smaller deposits, it may still count toward the $400 cumulative total, as long as the combined amount meets the threshold within the last 34 days.
