A declined ATM withdrawal may mean your account balance is too low to cover the amount and fees—check your app or contact support if you're unsure.
If the ATM declined your transaction, open your Chime app to check that you have enough money in your account for the withdrawal amount. If you are using an out-of-network ATM, make sure you also have enough to cover the Chime out-of-network $2.50 fee plus any additional third party fees if applicable.
Note: For international ATM withdrawals, there is a $2.50 (per transaction) fee, plus third-party ATM operator fees, if applicable. If you are a Chime Prime member, you will be reimbursed two (2) international ATM fees, each at $2.50, per calendar month (does not pply to third-party ATM operator fees) .
If you have enough funds and the transaction was still declined, call us at (844) 244-6363. Please have your ATM receipt ready to reference your declined transaction.
