Why couldn't I make an ATM withdrawal with my Chime card?

If the ATM declined your transaction, open your your Chime app to check that  you have enough money in your account for the withdrawal amount. If you are using an out-of-network ATM, make sure you also have enough to cover the Chime out-of-network $2.50 fee plus any additional third party fees if applicable. 

If you have enough funds and the transaction was still declined, call us at (844) 244-6363. Please have your ATM receipt ready to reference your declined transaction.
