If the ATM declined your transaction, open your Chime app to check that you have enough money in your account for the withdrawal amount. If you are using an out-of-network ATM, make sure you also have enough to cover the Chime out-of-network $2.50 fee plus any additional third party fees if applicable.

FCTI® ATMs located in 7-Eleven stores
Any Allpoint® or Visa® Plus Alliance ATM participating in the Allpoint network
If you have enough funds and the transaction was still declined, call us at (844) 244-6363. Please have your ATM receipt ready to reference your declined transaction.
