Your withdrawal options
ATM — in-network (free): Chime has 47,000+ fee-free ATMs nationwide, including Allpoint ATMs, Visa Plus Alliance ATMs in the Allpoint network, and FCTI ATMs inside 7-Eleven and Speedway stores.
ATM — out-of-network: A $2.50 fee from Chime applies per withdrawal, plus any fee charged by the ATM operator.
ATM — international: A $2.50 fee from Chime applies, plus ATM operator fees. Members with Chime Prime status get up to two $2.50 reimbursements per calendar month — operator fees are not reimbursed. For more information on Chime Prime eligibility, visit: What is Chime Prime?
Over the counter (OTC): Walk into most major banks or credit unions with your Chime card and a valid government-issued ID. Daily limit is $515, cost is $2.50 per transaction, and the limit resets at midnight Arizona time.
Credit Builder or Chime Card: Your secured Credit Builder Visa Credit Card or secured Chime Visa Credit Card also works at ATMs, up to $1,015 per day or your Available to Spend balance, whichever is lower. These withdrawals do not count against your debit card limits.
Cash back at the register: You can also get cash back when making a purchase at many retail locations. See Get cash back at the register for details.
Your specific withdrawal limits are based on your account - check them anytime under Profile > Account details > View limits in the app. ATM operators and banks may also apply their own lower limits.
If something goes wrong
If the ATM declines your transaction, open the Chime app and check that your balance covers the withdrawal amount plus any fees. Out-of-network withdrawals need to cover the $2.50 Chime fee plus the operator's fee. If your balance looks right and the transaction was still declined, call (844) 244-6363 with your receipt (if you have one) ready.
If the ATM gave you the wrong amount, call (844) 244-6363 as soon as possible — your receipt will help speed up the resolution. For an incorrect fee at an in-network ATM, an automatic reimbursement should appear within a few minutes. If it does not, call the same number.
Out-of-network ATM withdrawal and over the counter advance fees may apply except at FCTI® ATMs in a 7-Eleven® or Speedway, or any Allpoint® or Visa® Plus Alliance ATM participating in the Allpoint network.
