Direct deposits must be set up using your Chime Checking Account number and routing number. Your Chime Savings Account cannot receive direct deposits, and any deposit sent directly to your Chime Savings Account may be returned to the sender.
To avoid delays, always use your Checking Account information when setting up direct deposit with your employer or benefits provider.
