What’s happening?

Celebrate with us as we launch Chime Card™ and get this limited-time cash back rewards offer for members with Chime Plus or Chime Prime status1.  You can earn 10% cash back rewards on up to 3 eligible purchases.  

How can I earn up to 10% cash back rewards on 3 eligible purchases?

You’ll need to make sure you: 

  • Have or are enrolled in Chime Card (Chime Visa® Credit Card) 

  • Have Chime Plus or Chime Prime status

  • Activate the offer in-app or via email within 7 calendar days after receiving the offer. Just tap the Activate offer link in your email or app.

If I activate the promo, what changes?

Once the promo is activated, you’ll:  

  • Earn 10% cash back rewards (up to $5.00 each/$15.00 max) on up to 3 eligible Chime Card purchases.

  • You will have a 30 calendar day window to use the offer.  

  • Cash back rewards are credited within 7 days after the eligible purchase is settled. 

  • After 3 eligible purchases, you’ll go back to your usual 2% cash back rewards.

What happens if I don’t activate this promo or want to opt out of the promo? 

If you don’t activate the promo, you’ll stay on your standard cash back rewards2 program depending on your membership status. If you have Chime Prime status and an active Chime Card, you’ll earn 5% in cash back rewards. If you have Chime Plus status and an active Chime Card, you’ll earn 2% in cash back rewards. This offer won’t apply unless you activate it in-app or through email within 7 calendar days of receiving the offer. If you’ve opted in and would like to opt out I can escalate your case to the appropriate team.
