The Auto reload feature helps you avoid low balances by automatically adding money from a linked external debit card when your balance drops below a certain amount.
When your Chime Checking Account falls under your set threshold, the reload amount you have set will be transferred instantly* from your linked external debit card.
You can set up a maximum of one auto reload amount at a time.
Note: Auto reload will automatically pause if your balance is negative. Once your balance is positive again, you’ll need to manually reinstate your auto reload settings. For more information, go to If SpotMe® covers me, do I pay it back?
To set up auto reload:
- Tap the Move tab, then select Auto reload.
