Yes! You can customize merchant names and categories right from the Insights page. When you make a change, your updated name or category will apply to all past and future debit and credit card transactions—so your view stays consistent and personalized.

Heads up: If you ever contact Chime support about a transaction you’ve edited, be sure to share both the original merchant name and the new name you selected. This helps our agents investigate more quickly and accurately.
