You can upload supporting documents or add new information to a dispute in the Chime app by following these steps:
- Tap Disputes.
- Select the dispute you want to update.
- Tap the three dots in the top-right corner.
- Tap Add supporting documentation.
- Choose Add an image to upload a photo or file from your device.
There’s a limit of four items at a time and 10 total items, with a maximum size of 20MB per file, for each dispute claim. Once uploaded, your documents will be attached to your dispute for review.
