If you need to prevent a scheduled ACH transaction, you may request a stop payment. Stop payments only block future transactions, not those that are already pending. For ACH transactions, you can set the stop payment duration or make it permanent. To request or cancel a stop payment, contact us (refer to How do I contact Chime customer service?) as soon as possible before your next recurring payment is scheduled.
