How do I cancel a dispute?

You can cancel a dispute claim in the Chime app with these steps:

1. Tap Disputes.
2. Select the dispute you want to cancel.
3. Tap the three dots in the top-right corner.
4. Tap Request to remove transactions.

If your dispute is too far along in the process, Chime may not be able to cancel it. You will be notified if this is the case. If you would like to reopen a canceled claim, contact us.
