How do I cancel a bank transfer with Chime?

Transfers initiated from your Chime Checking Account to an external  bank in the Chime app may be canceled within one business day—as long as the transfer hasn’t been processed yet. If you’d like to cancel a transfer, contact Chime Member Services at (844) 244‑6363 as soon as possible.


Note: Chime can’t cancel incoming transfers that were initiated from an external bank. To cancel those, contact the sending bank directly.
