How do I cancel a dispute?

You can cancel a dispute claim in the Chime app with these steps:

    1. On the Home screen, tap Disputes.
    2. Tap the claim you want to cancel.
    3. Tap the three dots in the top right corner.
    4. Tap Request to remove transactions.

Sometimes, a dispute claim may be far enough along that Chime is unable to cancel it. If that happens, we’ll let you know.

If you wish to reopen a canceled claim, contact us.
