As long as Chime hasn’t filed a chargeback (i.e., we haven't asked the merchant to return the disputed transaction amount back to you), you can cancel a dispute claim in the Chime app with these steps:

- On the Home screen, tap Disputes.
- Tap the claim you want to cancel.
- Tap the three dots in the top right corner.
- Tap Request to remove transactions.
Can I reopen a dispute that I canceled?
We don’t reopen canceled dispute claims, but you can file a new claim for the same transaction. Just tap the transaction in your app and then tap Problem with this transaction?
