What are SpotMe® tips?

While you won't pay a fee or interest to use SpotMe, you can choose to leave a tip once you use this service. If you overdraw your account and SpotMe covers it, you may be asked to leave a tip after you've paid back your negative balance. Tips allow Chime to improve the service and make it available to more members. Tipping is completely optional, and it doesn't affect your SpotMe limit or eligibility. To get help with a tip that you’ve left, call us at (844) 244-6363.
