How do I view my running balance?

Where do I view my available balance?

You can view their available balance on the Chime app, both on the home screen as the primary number reflected in the Checking Account section, as well as at the top of the transactions screen.

Where do I view my running balance?

From the transactions screen in your checking account, you can view your historical running balance alongside each settled transaction in your transactions feed. The running balance shows in gray text just below the transaction amount.

Why is my historical running balance incorrect?

Sometimes things like transaction posting times can create discrepancies in historical balance. Note that any pending transactions on your account will impact your checking account balance, but will not be reflected in the running balance history until they have settled. If you notice a discrepancy in your historical balance, refer to your account's overall checking balance for the most up-to-date balance.

Why are round-ups and out-of-network charges shown as separate transactions?

Due to different posting timelines, round ups and out-of-network cash withdrawal fees often post separately from their associated transactions within the transactions feed.
