How do I see my available-to-spend balance?

The home screen of your Chime app displays your account’s available-to-spend balance. Tap View Transactions to see your historical running balance for an account, along with each settled transaction. Whenever you have pending transactions or authorization holds, they’ll appear at the top of your feed.

Why is my historical running balance incorrect?

Transaction posting timelines can affect historical balances. For example, the running balance history doesn’t reflect pending transactions until they settle in your account. Refer to your account's overall balance if you notice a discrepancy in your historical balance.

Why do round-ups and out-of-network ATM charges show as separate transactions?

Typically, roundups and out-of-network withdrawal fees post separately from their associated transactions due to their different posting timelines.
