Can Chime help me manage my bills?

Your Chime app lets you track recurring bills and subscriptions you pay for with your Chime card or account number. With our Bills feature, you can view all your bills, payment amounts, and merchant contact information in one place. To find it in the app:

      1. Tap the gear icon to open Settings.
      2. Tap Bills.

If you haven't used Bills yet, tap Pay bills with Chime. A list of common subscription services will appear. To get started, just tap a service you use.

Frequently asked questions

What if I don’t see one of my bills?

It may take up to two billing cycles before a merchant is listed in Bills. Check the app again soon if you don't see a merchant or transaction you expect. It’s also possible that certain merchants' billing systems might not work with this feature.

What if I have questions about a bill?

In Bills, first tap the merchant's name and then Contact the merchant.
