Why are my SpotMe® Boosts not working?

SpotMe Boosts let you temporarily increase a friend's SpotMe limit. They're a great way to help someone out, but there are a few important things to know if you're running into issues.

Common reasons a SpotMe Boost might not work:

You’ve already used your monthly boosts

You can only send a limited number of boosts per calendar month. Once you’ve sent it all, you’ll need to wait until next month to send more.

Your friend has already received a boost from you this month

You can only send one boost to the same friend in a month.

Boosts reset at the end of each month

There’s a short window during the monthly reset when boosts may be temporarily unavailable. If you're seeing issues right at the start of a new month, try again a little later.

Boosts can’t be undone
Once you send a boost, it's final. If it was sent to the wrong person or by mistake, there’s no way to get it back. You’ll need to wait for your limit to reset next month.
