How do I request a physical Chime Visa® Debit Card (Debit Card) if I only have a secured Chime Visa® Credit Card (Chime Card)?

If you have a Chime Card and want a physical debit card, you can request one through the Chime app:

  1. Tap your Available Balance on the home screen.
  2. Tap Cards.
  3. Swipe to find the virtual white debit card. You will see your green Chime Card first, by default. 
  4. Tap Order a physical card
  5. Confirm your address. If needed, tap Edit to make changes and follow prompts.
  6. Tap Got it to finish.

Your virtual Chime Visa® Debit Card will remain active while you wait for your physical Chime Visa® Debit Card, you’ll be able to continue to use your virtual Chime Visa® Debit Card even after you receive your physical Chime Visa® Debit Card. Check your email or Chime app notifications for updates on your card’s shipping status.
