What if Chime+ doesn’t activate?
If 24 hours have passed and you still don’t see Chime+ badge:
- Check your direct deposit amount – It must be $200 or more in a single transaction.

Confirm the qualifying source:
- Payroll deposits from an employer
- Government benefits (e.g., Social Security, VA benefits)
- Gig economy payments (Uber, Lyft, DoorDash)
- Restart your app – Close and reopen the Chime app.
