Why isn’t my Apple Pay transfer going through?

If your Apple Pay® transfer isn’t processing, it could be due to:

  • Instant transfer limits – If you’ve reached your limit, you’ll need to wait for it to reset or transfer money via ACH from a linked bank account.
  • Card issues – If your external debit card has restrictions, the transfer may not be approved.

If you continue to have trouble, try using a different external debit card or linking an external account to complete your ACH transfer.
