I was expecting a refund for switching car insurance providers through Savvy or Insurify, but I haven’t received it yet. Where is my refund?
Oftentimes if you switch car insurance providers before your policy is up, your previous provider may give you a refund on the unused portion. Any refund due to you comes directly from your previous car insurance provider and Chime, Insurify and Savvy do not have visibility into its status. Please reach out directly to your previous (pre-switch) car insurance provider for refund status questions.
