Can I continue paying my recurring bills after I freeze my card?

You can keep paying your recurring bills and subscriptions even if you want to freeze transactions on your card. This new feature is currently available to select Chime members.

Stay up to date on new feature launches by turning on your notifications on your Chime app.

To enable this option:

      1. Open the Chime app and go to Settings.
      2. Tap Cards.
      3. Select the card you want to allow recurring payments from.
      4. Tap the toggle next to Freeze physical card.
      5. Tap the Allow bills and subscriptions checkbox. Note that the checkbox is unchecked by default and is not visible when the card is unfrozen.
