If you need to cancel a bank transfer, here’s what you should know:

- Transfers made from your Chime Checking Account to another bank and initiated in the Chime app can only be canceled within one business day from when they were started.
- Chime can’t cancel transfers coming into your account that were initiated from another bank. To cancel those, you’ll need to contact that bank directly.
