In the Chime app:
- Go to Profile.
- Select Personal info.
- Tap the camera icon on your avatar.
From there, you’ll be able to upload, replace, or delete your photo.

Does my photo have to be an image of myself?
While your photo doesn’t have to be an exact image of yourself, we strongly encourage members to upload a photo that closely represents their likeness or something that clearly represents them. This helps create a more authentic and personalized experience and also allows other members to easily recognize who they are interacting with or paying.
Why did I receive an email that my photo could not be uploaded?
If you received an email indicating that your photo could not be uploaded, it likely didn't comply with our Chime User Agreement content standards. Please try uploading a different photo.
