How can I troubleshoot issues with claiming Pay Anyone Transfers if I’m not a Chime member?

Here are tips to successfully claim Pay Anyone transfers with a U.S.-issued debit card:

    • Claim the money with a US-issued debit card. You can’t use prepaid cards, credit cards, or debit cards issued by non-U.S. banks.
    • Ensure there are no typos when entering your debit card information.
    • Disable any ad blockers in your web browser.
    • Contact the sender if the transaction is expired or already claimed. All Pay Anyone transfers to non-Chime members expire 14 days after they are sent.
    • If you continue to have issues, ask the sender to cancel and resend the payment.

You can also claim a Pay Anyone transfer by signing up for Chime. Learn more in How do I accept a Pay Anyone transfer if I’m not a Chime member?
