Can I file a dispute for a Pay Anyone transfer if I didn’t receive the goods or services from the merchant?

While we understand that this is frustrating, this will need to be resolved directly with the merchant. Scroll down to the Pay Anyone section of your Deposit Account Agreement for more info.

To prevent situations like this in the future, we advise that you only use the product to pay friends whom you know and trust.

Can I file for a dispute if I sent money to the wrong person or sent money in the wrong amount?

Chime doesn’t accept disputes that relate to member error such as Pay Anyone transfers to the wrong recipient and incorrect transfer amount.
