My Paycheck is ending

My Paycheck will end on 5/23/24 across some states. You can continue to use My Paycheck until then. We’ll then be launching MyPay: a new way to get paid between paydays.

You can visit this article to learn more about MyPay: What’s MyPay™?

I had access to My Paycheck. Why am I not able to access MyPay?

Because of some states' regulations, we are unable to offer MyPay in every state at this time.
Members that previously had access to My Paycheck in the states below will not be able to enroll in our new product, MyPay:

    • Arkansas, Georgia, Hawaii, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, South Carolina, South Dakota, Washington, Wyoming

Will My Paycheck become available again?

We are working to expand state eligibility for MyPay. If you are in an ineligible state at this time, we will let you know if you become eligible.

If I’ve been using My Paycheck and still live in an eligible state, how do I get access to MyPay?

If you’re eligible, you’ll receive an email and a notification in your Chime app inviting you to enroll in MyPay. Just tap the notification and follow the prompts to enroll.
