Do I get account statements from Chime?

You can review or download monthly statements about your Chime account(s) in your Chime app by following these steps:

      1. Go to Settings.
      2. Tap Documents.
      3. Tap Account statements.
      4. View a statement by selecting an account and month. To export the statement as a file, tap the export icon.

We’ll send you an email when your previous month’s statement becomes available.

What if I don’t have access to the Chime app or website?

Call (844) 244-6363 to request a paper statement if you don't have access to the Chime app or website.

Can I get other documents about a Chime account, like asset or account verification?
