Do I get account statements from Chime?

You can review or download monthly statements about your Chime account(s) in your Chime app by following these steps:

      1. Go to Settings.
      2. Tap Documents.
      3. Tap Account statements.
      4. View a statement by selecting an account and month. To export the statement as a file, tap the export icon.

We’ll send you an email when your previous month’s statement becomes available.

How long will it take to get my statements?

Checking and Savings statements are generated on a calendar month basis. Credit statements are generated based on the credit billing cycle.
