How do I set or change my PIN?

You can create a PIN for a new card, or change a PIN for an existing card, in your Chime app or over the phone. 

Chime app:

      1. Go to Settings.
      2. Tap Account management.
      3. Tap Create your ATM PIN or Change your PIN and follow the prompts.

By phone:

Call 844-244-6363 and follow the prompts to create or change your PIN. Make sure you have your Chime card handy, as you’ll need to refer to the information on it.
