How do I get a replacement card?

  1. Log in to the Chime mobile app
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Select Replace my Card

When will I receive my replacement card?

Our cards typically arrive in about a week. 

How do I activate my new card?

You can activate your card and set your PIN in two ways:

  1. Log in to your Chime Mobile App
    • Click "Activate Card", or
    • Ask the Chatbot "Activate my card"
  2. Call 1-844-244-6363
