How do I use Direct Debit to pay my bills?

You can pay bills such as your rent, mortgage, credit card, or loan payments electronically with Direct Debit (ACH Debit). Provide the Chime Checking Account number and the bank routing number to your billers.

I was expecting a merchant to take a payment from my account, but they haven't. What should I do?

We recommend contacting the merchant to ensure they have the correct account information and have attempted to take the payment.
