Where can I find and manage my cards in the Chime App?

Access both your virtual cards and physical cards in the Chime app:

      1. Go to Settings
      2. Tap Cards

To see the virtual card, you must have the latest version of the Chime app.

On this page, you can manage your cards and perform the following actions:

      • View Credit Builder or Debit card. Tap on the tabs at the top of the screen to switch between Credit Builder and Debit.
      • View Virtual Card details. Tap the Show number toggle or tap on the card itself to view card details including expiration date, CVV, and the full card number.
      • Replace a Card. Tap Replace number for virtual card or Replace card for physical card replacement. You can only replace your virtual card ONCE every 24 hours. Note that performing this action will result in the original card number being deactivated. When replacing a virtual card number, the new card number will be available immediately.
      • Freeze or Unfreeze any of your cards. Tap the Freeze toggle to disable or enable further transactions.
      • Set or Reset a Physical Card’s PIN. Note that a PIN is only required for a physical card.

You can also view your cards and perform some of these actions by tapping the double-slider icon next to Accounts on the Home screen.
