Where can I find and manage my cards in the Chime App?

Access both your virtual cards and physical card in the Chime app: 

      1. Go to Settings
      2. Tap Cards

On this page, you can manage your cards and perform the following actions: 

      • View Credit Builder or Debit card. Tap on the tabs at the top of the screen to switch between Credit Builder and Debit.
      • View Virtual Card details. Tap the Show number toggle or tap on the card itself to view card details including expiration date, CVV, and the full card number. 
      • Replace a Card. Tap Replace number for virtual card or Replace card for physical card replacement. Note that performing this action will result in the original card number being deactivated. When replacing a virtual card number, the new card number will be available immediately.
      • Freeze or Unfreeze any of your cards. Tap the Freeze toggle to prevent or allow further transactions.
      • Set or Reset a Physical Card’s PIN. Note that a PIN is only required for a physical card.
