How do I use a one-time login link?

Some members who are unable to log in to Chime may be eligible for a one-time login link. If you’re eligible, you will be asked in the app if you would like to receive a one-time use, secure login link sent to the email address on file. If you see this option, tap the green Email me a link button.

Once you receive the email, tap the link to log in to your Chime account. Once you’re in your account, you’ll be prompted to update your password.

Note: You must open the email and tap the link on the device you used to request the login link.

What if I don’t receive the secured email?

Confirm that the email address shown on the login link pop-up screen matches the email account you’re checking. Check your spam folder. If you don’t receive the email after a few minutes, go back to the Chime app and tap Email me another link.

What if I forgot or don't have access to the email address associated with my account?

Visit How do I update my email address? to learn how to update the email address on your account. Once updated, you can try again.

What if I’m still having trouble with the login link?
